SpoolFab
Pipe Tracking software for a spoolbase
SpoolFab has been adopted as our system of choice and is now being used in Norway, Angola and the USA. It has been customised to meet our requirements. We are delighted with the overall quality of this system and the reports that it produces. More importantly, so are the clients and the auditors.
We have been using the fully networked version of SpoolFab at the Evanton spoolbase since 2006. It has been custom-built to meet our requirements. The system has been designed to be very simple and quick to use, whilst also being mindful of the kind of environment that we work in. The Spoolfab system is also networked, so our inspectors can use any of the screens available within our fabrication area, allowing data to be entered and quickly validated.
I have been working in pipelines a long time and I have seen all sorts of systems. This will do for me.
